Features of our Classic Range: Manufactured from Meranti hardwood. • Framework is 55 mm wide x 44 mm thick. • Opening section (sash) is 54 mm wide x 32 mm thick. • All windows are beaded for glass. • All classic windows are screwed (not nailed) together. • All hinges have strengthening ribs on projection arms – exclusive to Rutherford Joinery. • Opening section corners (sash corners) are finger-locked and pinned. • All glazing bars are morticed, tenoned and half lapped. • Factory-installed burglar bars are available as an optional extra. • Windows are dipped with an oil-based sealer prior to delivery.
